Tim Shreiner - Partner, Realtor 

Tim Shreiner is a licensed Realtor and Partner with The Shreiner Group. Throughout Tim’s career, clients have described his strongest characteristics to be professionalism, honesty, and integrity, along with his communication and negotiation skills. 

Tim has resided in the Lancaster area all of his life, giving him the advantage of knowing the area on a very personal level. He enjoys spending time with his wife and four children along with various outdoor activities. 

Tim is a licensed Realtor in Pennsylvania and holds memberships in the Lancaster County Association of Realtors (LCAR), Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR), and National Association of Realtors (NAR). Tim also holds the Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations and his Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation.
 

Joel Leaman - Partner, Realtor 

Joel Leaman is a Realtor and Partner with The Shreiner Group. Joel treats his clients with dignity and respect, while always maintaining the highest ethical standards. He understands that his client’s needs are #1 priority. He offers personalized service with an emphasis on honesty, integrity, professionalism, and hard work. Joel prides himself on his attention to detail and track record of expert negotiation skills. Joel continues to take training and seeks opportunities and systems to keep The Shreiner Group a leader in the Real Estate Business.  

As a lifetime resident of Lancaster County, Joel understands how important family is. Spending time with his wife Shelley, and sons Josiah and Zachary and his daughter Abigail is one of his greatest joys and motivates him to work hard for his client’s needs. He also enjoys outdoor activities including fishing, and snow skiing.  

Joel is a licensed Realtor in Pennsylvania and holds memberships in the Lancaster County Association of Realtors (LCAR), Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR), and National Association of Realtors (NAR). He is currently working towards the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) courses in order to receive the designation.
 

Mark Ginder - Listing Coordinator 

Mark Ginder is our Listing Coordinator. Our clients work closely with Mark in the selling process, which includes, marketing & advertising properties, scheduling open houses, monitoring the showings, obtaining feedback for the sellers, management of internet advertisements and bi-monthly marketing reports. Mark's diverse experience in domestic and international marketing is a huge value to The Shreiner Group. It is Mark's goal to make the selling process a pleasant and enjoyable experience for every client.  

Prior to joining our team in 2008, Mark worked in the consumer products industry as an international channel manager launching products in a wide range of markets throughout the US, Europe and Asia. Mark has also held financial and analytical roles here in Central PA. A Lancaster County native, Mark also enjoys his hobbies of kayaking, digital photography, and Music. 

Kris Lundquist - Buyer Specialist 

As a licensed Realtor and Residential Specialist for The Shreiner Group, Kris Lundquist has in-depth knowledge and experience with the sale and purchase of single-family homes. Whether you are looking for your first home or your forever home, she can walk with you through the process. Kris holds an Accredited Buyer Specialist (ABR) designation. ABR is a benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. Kris has proven experience in delivering ethical and professional service to all the clients she serves. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Millersville University and continues to take training in the real estate field including ethics, negotiating, marketing, and financing.  

Kris was born and raised in Lancaster County. She has a deep appreciation for the beauty and rich heritage that Lancaster County has to offer. She has lived in Brownstown, Ephrata, Millersville, Lancaster City, and presently lives in Manheim Township. Kris is married with two teen-age boys. She enjoys hiking, camping, theatre, and an occasional opportunity to perform in local theatre. Kris is committed to always "go the extra mile" for her clients and become their "Realtor for life".
 

Larry Wood - Buyer Specialist 

Larry Wood is one of the most dedicated and committed real estate agents, serving Lancaster County since 1986 and is proud to be part of The Shreiner Group. He is intent on helping people get into the home of their dreams. Larry is a licensed Realtor and member of Lancaster County Association of Realtors (LCAR) and has proven experience in delivering ethical and professional service over the years. He continues to take courses in his field, keeping in touch with the changing nature of real estate services. These courses include training in financing, property management, legal aspects, taxation and negotiation. 

Born in Chester County, Larry has lived in Lancaster County for the past eighteen years. We, The Shreiner Group, are fortunate and proud to have Larry Wood associated with our sales staff.
 

Alex Reedy - Buyer Specialist 

Backed with the Shreiner Group’s combined forty plus years of real estate experience, Alex Reedy always assists his clients through a smooth real estate transaction. Alex grew up in a real estate family and is a third generation realtor. With a background as a construction laborer, Alex has first-hand experience in the construction industry, which gives him a unique insight on the construction of quality homes. Additionally, Alex owns investment properties in the Lancaster City area and renovated a property from a condemned property to a beautiful home. 

Alex is a Lancaster County resident and graduate of Manheim Township School District. He knows the area well and appreciates the uniqueness it holds. When Alex is not working with The Shreiner Group, or spending time with family, you can normally find him fishing at a local stream or the Chesapeake Bay. He also often volunteers his time at the Landis Valley Museum.

Jamie Prange - Closing Manager 

Jamie Prange is a licensed Realtor and Closing Manager for The Shreiner Group. Jamie has been a lifelong resident of the Quarryville area, and is a graduate of Solanco Highschool. As Closing Manager she works closely with our clients to ensure that negotiations involving inspections, repairs, finances, due diligence research, and settlement details are handled thoroughly and professionally and with a smile.  

Many of our clients have expressed appreciation for the smooth settlement process working with Jamie and for her contagious friendly demeanor. As a Realtor, Jamie has had much experience in new home sales and six years previous experience with Beiler Campbell Realtors.
